Service and purchase terms

Andrew Robert Soderberg, a Washington sole proprietor trading as Woodpunch's Graphics, operates Woodpunch Platform and the Woodpunch's Graphics Support application. These terms cover our platform website, delivery, licensing, integrated support, reviews and Discord bot. The platform is at platform.woodpunchsgraphics.com; existing graphicsmaker-web.azurewebsites.net links identify the same service.

By using these features you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and is not a request for blanket consent.

Purchases remain governed by the store Terms of Service, Refund Policy, product description, order confirmation and applicable product license. These platform terms supplement them; they do not reduce existing purchase rights, create a subscription or replace a product license. Specific purchase commitments and mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting general platform provisions.

Eligibility and access

You must have authority to use the service and submit your content. A parent or guardian must place or authorize a minor's purchase and related communications where required. Children under 13 may not independently create an account or use support. Discord's minimum-age rules also apply. AI-assisted support is intended for adults aged 18 or older; do not enter an age-restricted channel if ineligible.

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and private download or activation links, and access only accounts, orders and licenses you are authorized to use. We may verify identity and ownership before taking action. Customer accounts use Shopify where provided; business administration screens are restricted to authorized operators. Knowing an order number or chat identifier alone does not establish ownership. Report suspected unauthorized access to us.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property and safety.
• Do not impersonate others, make fraudulent claims, distribute malware, harass people, send spam or submit unlawful or exploitative content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or licensing controls, disrupt service, evade reasonable limits or manipulate reviews, votes, roles or giveaways.
• Keep automation within authorized interfaces and limits. Report vulnerabilities privately and obtain authorization before testing that accesses others' data or disrupts service.
• Follow applicable Discord and Shopify rules when using their services.

Your content and product rights

You retain your rights in submitted content. You give us the limited permission needed to receive, store, process, reproduce and transmit it to provide requested support, personalization, delivery or public-posting features, including through relevant providers. This does not transfer unrestricted ownership or authorize advertising with private support messages.

You must have the necessary rights to submitted logos, text, images and files. Purchases remain subject to their product license. Access to a download, activation system or support tool does not expand redistribution rights, seats, installations or included updates. This page does not impose undisclosed product-specific limits.

Downloads, licenses and order changes

Download links can expire or have use limits. Keep backups of files you are entitled to retain. Contact support if delivery fails or a link expires; restoration depends on the purchase terms, available files and law. Routine retention is not permanent cloud storage and does not remove statutory remedies.

When software licensing is offered, activation may require an eligible purchase, customer sign-in, device authorization or periodic validation as disclosed for that product. Unauthorized or revoked access may be blocked subject to the license and your rights. Contact us if a legitimate device change or technical fault prevents access.

Requesting an order change does not mean production can still be changed. Review confirmation details; only supported changes that pass the relevant checks are applied. Contact staff for corrections, complaints, cancellations or refunds that automation cannot resolve.

Support and AI assistance

Discord, storefront, customer-account and email support can use AI to prepare replies and carry out permitted actions, such as order searches, delivery resends and ticket closure. AI can misunderstand requests or provide inaccurate information. Its replies do not amend purchase terms or waive your rights. Ownership, permission and confirmation checks apply to supported actions.

Check important details and request staff review when something is wrong. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Discord, roles and giveaways

Only an authorized administrator may install or configure the bot. Grant only needed permissions. Channel permissions determine who can read messages; support channels may be accessible to administrators and authorized staff. Commands and role selections can change server access or preferences.

Each giveaway's published rules govern eligibility, entry period, prize, selection and claim requirements. Do not use multiple accounts or automation for an unfair advantage. Entries and preliminary automated results remain subject to those rules and verification. We address mistakes fairly and honor applicable law and published commitments.

Woodpunch's Graphics operates the bot and promotions independently; Discord does not sponsor or administer a promotion unless its rules expressly say otherwise. Removing the bot or leaving the server does not automatically erase retained records.

Reviews and public questions

Submit honest feedback. By submitting content for publication, you permit its display with your chosen public information and formatting, translation or summarization for the review feature without misrepresenting your meaning. AI summaries may omit details; original reviews remain distinct.

We may moderate spam, unlawful material, private information or unrelated content. Positive sentiment is not required for a disclosed review incentive; stated reward conditions and applicable disclosure requirements apply. Do not post information you do not want public. Contact us for correction or removal requests.

Availability and your rights

Maintenance, provider outages and errors can interrupt service. We may reasonably change features or restrict access for security, abuse, legal requirements or provider rules. Where appropriate and practicable, we explain restrictions and provide a way to request review.

Free support and community tools are provided as available to the extent permitted by law. This does not disclaim promised paid-product performance or exclude liability, guarantees, refunds or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Ending a feature does not extinguish existing purchase obligations. These terms add no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or additional liability cap.
